OCSF’s U.S. investment strategy is to focus on early to mid-stage technology startups that are able to leverage the research and development economics in China.
The primary areas of interest are: Information Technology and Biotech. OCSF seeks companies with proven core intellectual property that can benefit through establishing a China research, engineering and/or product development operation.
OCSF US practice places a special emphasis on software and semiconductors in both IT and Bioinfomatics.
Unlike China based investments, where OCSF is the lead investor, in North America, OCSF leverages strategic partnerships and augment existing professional investors to provide companies greater access and opportunities in China.
