The investment philosophy of Overseas Chinese Scholars¡¯ Fund is to incubate, assess and manage risk. Being an early stage fund in China also means constant mentorship in an incubation environment. Its goals are to teach new entrepreneurs the assessment and management of startup risks.

Overseas Chinese Scholars¡¯ Fund¡¯s relatively early involvement in educational institutions is to specifically instill these values to the next generation of Chinese high-tech entrepreneurs and managers.
